You know the satisfaction you get from waiting until you find exactly the piece you had been looking for?  That happened to me this week.  With two pieces, to be precise.  And I think you may need them too.  They’re that good.

When I finished my console table makeover, I had always envisioned two coral x-bench ottomans, tucked neatly underneath.  Coral x-benches with white welting (piping) to be exact.  I vaguely remembered something similar at Target in the past, but that was an opportunity missed and I have been kicking myself ever since.

So imagine my delight when I spotted these beauties on Target’s website.  You guys, it was meant to be.  I looked up to see if they carried them at my store, and drove right over.  They weren’t even out on the floor yet.  A sweet employee pulled them out of the back for me.  They only got three in stock and I bought two of the three!  Such an amazing price and find.  Even the legs are cloth covered.  I mean, don’t they look perfect?

I paired them with a cute little Moroccan box I picked up recently at Homegoods and now I think this space looks so much more complete.

Problem is (or happy coincidence), the stools match the vintage fabric ribbon pillows in my family room perfectly.  They would be so great in front of my fireplace!  Decisions, decisions.  Love that they are so versatile.

They come in green too!

Speaking of Target hitting it out of the park, have you checked out the OhJoy! for Target line yet?  I’ve already picked up a few things for Ruby’s upcoming birthday.  This cake plate is a favorite.

Happy weekend!  I’ll be spending the whole thing outdoors finishing up my deck makeover for the Home Depot Patio Style Challenge.  It’s gonna be goooood (or so I hope!).
